We are seeking a talented and passionate Instructional Designer to join our dynamic educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and evaluating engaging and effective learning experiences for adult learners. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex content into clear, concise, and interactive instructional materials across various modalities, including e-learning modules, virtual workshops, and blended learning programs. You will apply instructional design best practices and adult learning theories to create impactful educational content that meets learning objectives and drives learner success.

Skills:
Instructional Design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, Agile), E-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise 360), Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration (e.g., Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard), Multimedia development (audio, video, graphics creation/editing), Adult learning theories and cognitive psychology principles, Curriculum development and lesson planning, Assessment design and evaluation strategies, Project management and organizational skills, Strong written and verbal communication, Attention to detail and quality assurance

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred), 3-5 years of proven experience in instructional design or curriculum development, preferably in a corporate or higher education setting, A strong portfolio showcasing diverse instructional design projects and deliverables, Proficiency in developing engaging content for various learning modalities (synchronous, asynchronous, blended), Demonstrated ability to work effectively with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and cross-functional teams, Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus, Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and technologies
