You will apply instructional design best practices and adult learning theories to create impactful educational content that meets learning objectives and drives learner success.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred), 3-5 years of proven experience in instructional design or curriculum development, preferably in a corporate or higher education setting, A strong portfolio showcasing diverse instructional design projects and deliverables, Proficiency in developing engaging content for various learning modalities (synchronous, asynchronous, blended), Demonstrated ability to work effectively with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and cross-functional teams, Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus, Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and technologies
