Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field., 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking., Proven experience in building and maintaining complex financial models., Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles., Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into clear, concise reports and recommendations., Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to non-finance audiences., Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines., CFA candidacy or certification is a significant plus.
