Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education, or a closely related field., 3+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or e-learning development, preferably in an academic setting., Proven ability to apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create engaging online and blended learning solutions., Strong portfolio demonstrating successful instructional design projects and deliverables., Experience with various learning modalities, assessment strategies, and accessibility standards., Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills., Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment., Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaborative tools.
